How quickly do you respond to messages?
We aim to respond to all email enquiries within 1–2 business days. For job vacancy listings and urgent matters, WhatsApp is usually faster — we typically respond within a few hours during business hours.
How do I report a calculation error?
If you believe one of our calculators is showing incorrect results, please email us at info@payecalculator.co.zw with the following details: the salary amount you used, the currency (USD or ZiG), the result the calculator showed, and the correct result you expected. We take accuracy seriously and will investigate immediately.
Can I advertise a job vacancy on ZimTax?
Yes — we list job vacancies from employers and recruiters across Zimbabwe at no cost. Contact us via WhatsApp at +263 776 349 677 with the job title, company name, location, salary (if you are happy to include it), and application deadline or link. We will add it to the board promptly.
How do I suggest a new feature or calculator?
We welcome suggestions. Send your idea to info@payecalculator.co.zw with the subject line "Feature suggestion". Tell us what problem the new tool would solve and who it would help. We prioritise features that benefit the largest number of Zimbabwean workers.
Can I use ZimTax data or calculations in my own publication?
Our calculators use publicly available ZIMRA tax data. If you would like to reference our site or use our content, please contact us first at info@payecalculator.co.zw. Unauthorised scraping or reproduction of our tools is not permitted.
